We are looking for an experienced B2B focused Business Development Representative to be the first of our sales team
- Prospecting, Strategizing, Qualifying and producing quality leads with the Head of Sales;
- Prospects into target accounts via high volume cold-calling (50-70 calls/day), networking, email, e-marketing, campaigns, and social outreach;
- Analyzing prospect business needs, understanding processes, determining requirements and ascertaining potential solutions;
- Seek and analyze prospect information online to leverage in sales efforts;
- Confirm customer needs and develop initial customer profile;
- Coordinate calls and meetings between qualified leads and Sales team;
- Collaborate and strategize with Marketing and Head of Sales.

- You are native Spanish speaker & fluent in English

- Experience in the eCommerce or SaaS space is a plus
- Team player and self-motivator
- Strong verbal and writing communication skills
- Ready to work in a fast-paced startup environment

- Have experience using tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Loom, Excel
- Have experience in Sales at a SaaS-based company
- Have a solid understanding of how to roll out successful outbound campaigns
